As Engineers Canada refines or develops new programs, products, and services, it is critical to seek the input from stakeholders through a structured, standardized consultation process.
While Engineers Canada consults on a variety of topics, we are most commonly seeking input on the development of documents in resources. While revisions to existing documents are typically sent for one round of consultations, new resources may go through two rounds of consultation:
- Round 1: Setting the General direction, which seeks to validate that the objectives, scope, and requirements have been properly identified
- Round 2: Review of the draft document, which seeks to confirm and improve the final content before it is approved.
