Later this week, shortlisted bidders will present their data management system prototypes to both the AIP staff and the Accreditation and Enrolment and Degrees Awarded Data Management System Advisory Committee. Throughout March, we have been conferencing with bidders to assist them in understanding the needs and requirements for the work they’ll be presenting. By including both staff and committee members in these presentations, we hope to gain a complete perspective on how well each of the solutions could meet the needs of both HEIs and those regularly working with the data management system. Following evaluation of the presentations, we will be proceed with vendor selection.
