Over one hundred events took place during National Engineering Month at higher education institutions, engineering companies, and industry organizations across Canada. From doors open events to design competitions, from hands-on activities to exhibitions and workshops, the engineering profession invited you in to discover the future that engineers are building. North Dundas Secondary School is hosting ;“SKILLS REGIONALS” for Robotics from grades 7-12. Come out and enjoy VEX-IQ and VEX-V5. These regional competitions will see over 15 robotic teams competing from 8am-1pm. There will be competitions in Driving Skills, Autonomous & Game Play. There will also be 3D printing with Ultimaker & Bambu Labs or come out and try drawing using some of our Wacom Tablets!

Join us for Trivia Night at Dalhousie University to kick off National Engineering Month 2026 and win the prize! This fun and social evening brings people together for trivia, food, and great conversation in a casual campus setting. The trivia competition will feature a mix of engineering-themed questions and general knowledge, so there is something for everyone. Whether you are a trivia master or just coming for fun, you will have the chance to chat, connect, and enjoy some friendly competition with peers. Throughout the evening, free pizza will be served for attendees.
