Spotlight on Local Innovation - 2025

In support of Engineers Canada's 30x30 Initiatives to support an engage and attract women to the engineering profession, each year, Engineers Nova Scotia plans our Spotlight on Local Innovation, where we invite three professional engineers who are working on impactful engineering projects and who are also women. The entire engineering community is invited to celebrate our speakers (who recognize as women) and the projects that they are working on. Students are encouraged to attend and any partner tables sold, will have a seat reserved for an engineering student. Engineering Community partners come out in large numbers with approximately 28 tables reserved last year by our engineering community. We hope to maintain the success of this event and continue to highlight the impact of women engineers in our province.
