In support of the engineering sector’s continuous learning, Engineers Canada has translated key recommendations of the Charbonneau Commission’s report into how public contracts in the construction industry were awarded and managed. The Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) issued a press release in the fall announcing the formation of a working group to review and analyze the recommendations of the report.
