Program details are now available for the 2026 CCWESTT Conference, Beyond Boundaries: Collaborating for Collective Action, taking place in Calgary, AB, from May 23 to 26, 2026.
The first full day (Sunday, May 24) of the CCWESTT Conference is dedicated to 30 by 30 programming, replacing Engineers Canada’s annual 30 by 30 Conference. The day’s program features two keynotes: one by Vanessa Raponi, Founder of EngiQueers Canada, and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at global toy manufacturer Spin Master; and one by globally recognized human connection expert and bestselling author Tina Varughese, who will share practical tools to help people communicate with intention, break bias, and create workplaces where employees feel safe to share ideas, ask questions, and take risks.
With keynotes, breakout sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, this year’s conference is a unique opportunity to reconnect with peers and leaders from across engineering, share lessons learned with our colleagues in other STEM industries, and explore practical strategies for advancing equity and inclusion in the profession. As 2030 approaches, the conference offers a timely space to collaborate, build partnerships, and turn ideas into collective action.
