In June, we began studying Engineers Canada’s accreditation volunteer program as it relates to industry practices in volunteer management. Through this analysis, we’re aiming to identify and close any existing gaps in volunteer orientation and training, data management of volunteer information, volunteer recognition practices, and other elements. This work will build on the baseline we established through the accreditation workflow analysis we conducted in April.
