During our consultation we have heard a desire to integrate the accreditation technology system with HEI systems or to provide file transfer functionality. We understand that this feature is important to many HEIs. At this time, such functionality has been deemed out of scope. The rationale is that over 40 HEIs have a variety of systems and software packages, and ensuring compatibility would introduce significant complexity and delay implementation of priority improvements. The requested functionality has been captured as a possible future improvement and will be re-evaluated for implementation once the new system has been launched and is operationally stable.
