With thought-provoking presentations, interactive workshops, engaging networking activities, and a keynote from two-time Olympian and Order of Canada recipient Karina LeBlanc, this year's 30 by 30 Conference promises to leave you inspired, and with concrete solutions, to continue advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in engineering.
Engineers Canada has teamed with co-host Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and local partner ACEC-BC to host this year’s event in Vancouver, BC, on May 21, 2025. With its theme, Solutions and Accountability Towards an Inclusive Engineering Profession, the 30 by 30 Conference will bring together leaders from across Canada from engineering regulation, employers, and education to address barriers and promote accountability for fostering the success of women and marginalized groups in the profession.
Join us in person in Vancouver for the day’s full agenda, or tune in for LeBlanc’s keynote address which will be streamed live for virtual ticket holders. Live translation, closed captioning, and American Sign Language (ASL) will also be incorporated into the livestream. Get your virtual ticket today.
