On December 10, 2019, Canada, the United States, and Mexico agreed to update certain elements of the new North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). No changes were made to Chapter 15 - Cross-border trade in services, the chapter with implications to professional services, affecting the engineering profession. Each country will now follow its domestic process toward ratification and implementation of the new agreement.
