Thriving at work: Practical Tools for Supporting Employee Wellbeing
This Pride month, Engineers Canada is pleased to present a fireside chat, Thriving at work: Practical Tools for Supporting Employee Wellbeing, featuring Pride at Work Canada and EngiQueers Canada. Together, we will explore what helps 2SLGBTQI+ employees move beyond simply navigating the workplace toward genuinely thriving within it.
The conversation will provide resources and practical tools that support inclusive leadership, employee wellbeing, authenticity, and healthy workplace cultures across technical and corporate environments. The fireside chat will conclude with an interactive Q&A session, providing participants with an opportunity to engage directly with speakers and reflect on how to advance inclusion and wellbeing within their own workplaces and communities.
