Engineers Canada is seeking proposals from firms or individual consultants to support the review of Engineers Canada’s governance system and to support the adoption of proposed changes that are endorsed by all 12 engineering regulators. The review will focus on: the composition and competencies of Engineers Canada’s Board; roles, operation and reporting of standing committees and direct reports; and, voting procedures and observers’ rights at Board and Members’ meetings. The review is being conducted as part of the strategic direction Realizing a Stronger Federation.
Successful completion of this project will entail several key deliverables, developed with the support of the Governance Review Task Force, and in consultation with many interest holders.
