The Required Visit Materials consultation closed on June 4, 2021. Thank you to everyone for providing comment and feedback. Findings from the consultation will contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance the accreditation program. In summary, feedback received from the 12 participants reflected the following:
- Overall support of the initiative’s goals.
- The importance of this initiative, particularly around improving clarity of current instructions and expectations.
- Some stakeholders expressed a concern that the proposed requirements may not reduce the work required to prepare visit materials as intended.
- Identification of areas that remain unclear and require further details.
The CEAB Required Visit Materials Working Group will carefully review feedback received through the consultation over the summer and will present its final recommendations to the CEAB at the September meeting.
