Committee Charges

Provides advice and guidance to Engineers Canada on:

  1. Develop national position statements for all levels of governments and the general public on new and existing issues facing the engineering profession.
  2. Ensure the federal government and public servants consider the expertise of the engineering profession in policy making.
  3. Review the existing national position statements to confirm whether updates are required.
  4. Provide input into government and legislative committees regarding legislation.
