Launched last year with the mission to stimulate interest in the sciences, the event serves as a fundraiser to give young girls from disadvantaged and multiethnic backgrounds the opportunity to develop a positive attitude toward science and engineering.

Enrollment up in accredited engineering programs: 2010-2014 Enrolment and Degrees Awarded Report

Engineers Canada has released Canadian Engineers for Tomorrow: Trends in Engineering Enrolment and Degrees Awarded 2010-2014. The report finds that between 2010 and 2014, undergraduate enrolment in accredited engineering programs increased 23.0 per cent.

Engineers PEI to accept Washington Accord degrees as equivalent
