Tandem launched in the Winter of 2024 for the programs being visited in the 2024/2025 visit cycle. These resources are being made available to all visiting team members to support the transition to Tandem.
Tandem tips, known issues, and workarounds
This document outlines the current issues in Tandem, the workarounds implemented, and the ongoing efforts to resolve these problems. It also provides tips to help you navigate the system more effectively. We recommend using this document alongside the Information Session for Visiting Team Chairs presentation, as the presentation provides visual support. This document will be updated as issues in the system are resolved.
User guide
This User Guide is intended for visiting team members who will be conducting a CEAB accreditation visit using Tandem. It offers an overview of the system and detailed information on its features, enabling users to efficiently review the accreditation materials submitted by an institution for the visit to a specific program.
This Quick Start Guide offers visual instructions for navigating the system's main areas.
